I listen to your needs and create a unique and transformative integrative experience in the setting of unique resorts in places of nature among the most beautiful in the world.

Because as humans we have a natural quest for greatness.

We make a retreat meaningful by designing it according to your needs and the setting so when the retreat is over you can bring with you the long benefits for your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. pre-retreat coaching session 2. Amazing nature, food and healing experiences 3. individual and in group personal work to create real change 4. post retreat session to monitor and help transfer change into the daily life.

Life can sometimes throw you off balance, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and emotionally drained. It’s crucial to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being, and one way to achieve this is through wellness retreats.

Nature as a catalyst of change

Now more than ever is vital that we find our access to Nature.

As a therapist for several years, I have been looking for elements that can facilitate my clients' process of change. In a traditional setting, an important part of the work is dedicated to promoting emotional contact. Nature is capable of accelerating this process. I decided to bring nature into the therapeutic setting with this format that I have successfully carried out over the years around the world. Choose the Personal Growth retreat that best fits your needs.

"... I gave a name to every tree, waterfall, cave I met and these names trace the stages of my journey. I am learning my life from life itself ...".

"The clouds and silence, I felt the joy and naïveté of my aura in getting lost in the midst of these nature wonders".

"... what do I take away from this experience, can I say everything?

The smell of hay near the source led me to my father's embrace ...”

Me and my wife started this journey from different paths and intentions, with surprise we ended up in the same place. Organically. I feel I now know her truly. And now every struggle makes sense, we had to get here to find each other as if it's the first time".

"The nature was stunning creating an environment that felt both grounding and expansive. The retreat was structured around a series of focus groups, guided meditations, solo walks, individual sessions, designed to help us understand and embody the concepts of taking space and being intimate.

We did exercises around boundaries, self-awareness, and communicating our needs to others. These practices felt liberating, as they taught me that taking space doesn't mean abandoning others; it means honoring my own well-being so I can show up more fully when I choose to connect”.

Part of the experience was learning to deepen intimacy, not just with others but with myself. This was a big shift for me—I realized that intimacy isn’t just about closeness or sharing with others; it’s about vulnerability, presence, and openness to the present moment. I become aware of the fears preventing me to be intimate, confronted and resolved them. My favorite concept? emotional resonance".

"This retreat helped me understand that taking space and being intimate aren’t mutually exclusive; they can coexist in a way that nourishes both the self and our relationships with others. The lessons I learned continue to resonate with me long after I left. It was a space where I felt both held and free, encouraged to be both present and independent".

"One of the most profound insights I’ve taken home is that intimacy isn’t just about closeness or sharing secrets—it’s about being fully present, honoring both your own needs and the needs of others. It’s about giving yourself permission to be imperfect, to have needs, and to communicate them with clarity and compassion".

The group was sucha surprise. While we all arrived as strangers, by the end of the week, I felt an undeniable sense of closeness with the group. The small, intimate setting fostered deep connections. We were encouraged to share our stories, but there was also a lot of respect for silence and personal space. It felt like a rare, perfect balance".
