Empowering Kids by Empowering Parents.
My mission
To help parents raise children with a positive sense of self through personalized consultations tailored to your family’s unique dynamics.
The most powerful tool? Emotional Connection.
Helping You Raise Kids Who Feel Strong, Seen, and Secure
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful truth: when children feel truly seen, accepted, and valued for who they are, they grow up with a strong, positive sense of self.
Wich is the most important thing they need in life.
As a parent therapist, my mission is to help you become that steady, attuned presence your child needs, not perfect, but emotionally connected and confident in how you show up.
Together, we’ll shift from reacting to behavior to understanding the deeper needs underneath. You’ll learn how to respond with clarity, compassion, and consistency while strengthening your relationship.
Because when parents feel empowered, kids feel safe to become fully themselves.
The Screen Addiction Support Project
"Screen dependency is a consequence of emotional disconnection, not the other way around."
In recent years, parents have reached out with concerns over their children’s screen dependency and the emotional toll it brings: frustration, guilt, anxiety, and disconnection.
In response, I developed a project that helps families navigate this challenge with tailored support that targets both the emotional impact of screen habits and the family dynamics driving them.
This is not just another tech detox. It’s a systemic approach designed to rebuild emotional connections while creating healthier screen habits.
Connection is both the tool and the outcome of this project
Early connection and emotional presence are key protective factors that can prevent screen overuse or dependency in children. Through communication, healthy boundaries, and real-world activities, parents can prevent screen addiction before it starts. We explore the reasons why screens are made available to kids maybe too early and we address the roothcauses.

- Content vs Time: not all screen time is bad.

Connect and mirror
Through play materials, parent consultations, and a picture book, Obukids inspires and equips parents to tune in, and respond with presence.
My mission is to empower you not with perfection, but with the tools and trust to show up with warmth and clarity. Because when parents connect, kids grow up feeling whole.
