I work with leaders and executive teams when something important is not moving.

On the surface, it may look like misalignment, communication issues, or slow decision-making.
But in reality, these are symptoms.

What I do is identify and resolve the underlying human dynamics that create these patterns often invisible, yet shaping everything.

Once the root issue is seen and addressed, change doesn’t need to be forced.
Clarity returns, decisions move, and teams begin to function with a different level of trust, ease, and effectiveness.

Sometimes clients describe this work as ‘executive therapy’, a space to uncover what’s blocking performance and leadership at its root.

"Unlocking Leadership Potential Through Theatre: Using Drama and Improvisation for Business Success"

Using Theatre and Drama to facilitate learning, insight and change is not about creating actors, but about giving people skills for life and business. Taking improvisation techniques from the actor toolkit and applying them within a business setting allows to explore a wide range of issues.
